Arlington
Globe Life Park
Went and Took It Mural
Fun fact this mural was originally in the Fabrication Yard in Dallas. The Fabrication Yard is a graffiti park that is always changing! The Rangers commissioned this piece to be added to Globe Life Field. This is Corey Seager and Adolis Garcia two of the main players who helped the Rangers win the 2023 Championship Series. This piece is located inside Globe Life Field across the way from the Guest Relations Center behind 3rd plate. The Mural is facing a set of windows that over look Texas Live.
Artist(s): Jeremy Biggers who is the master mind behind this mural he is a jack of all trades when it comes to fine arts. He is an artist, filmmaker, designer, and photographer based in Dallas. "Dubbed 'Dallas' Hardest Working Multi-Hyphenate' by D Magazine, from drawing to painting to graphic design to photography to film making, Jeremy Biggers has been involved with image making his entire life." (website: jeremybiggers instagram: @stemandthorn) Jeremy reached out to Hatziel Flores to create all the portraits in this mural. Hatziel is a Dallas based artist who has murals scattered throughout DFW. Including a mural at Globe Life Field in section 101 that features Adolis Garcia and Corey Segar from the 2023 World Series. He also has a mural of the FC Dallas mascot in the FC Dallas weight room. (website: Hatziel Flores instagram: @hatziel)
Central Arlington
Roughned Odor Punch Mural
The famous Roughned Odor punch after Jose Bautista slid hard into Roughned towards the end of a game in 2016. Just like Nolan Ryan's punch from 1993 that people still talk about, this punch too will live on forever! On the side of Gilberto's Taco Shop facing the the Walgreens at the intersection of W Park Row Dr and S Cooper St. Very hard to miss considering it takes up the entire side of Gilberto's drive thru.
Artist(s): Juan Enrique Velazquez is a Ft. Worth based artist who creates oil paintings, graffiti paintings, clothing, and murals. (website: Juan Velazquez instagram: @velazquez_art_)
Fort Worth
Stockyards
MLB Mural
This mural was specifically made for the 2024 MLB Draft. Seriously, MLB commissioned the artist to paint this mural in FTW for the 2024 MLB Draft! It was important for the artist to depict people of hispanic heritage. The artist wanted to pay homage to the hispanic players who have made such a huge impact on Major League Baseball. And for kids to see that they can also become something - whether its a muralist or a MLB player! Located by the Fort Worth Stockyards and two blocks from the famous, Joe T Garcia's restaurant. The Mural is situated on Main St in between Lucky Horseshoe Tattoo and Rose Marine Theater on a little outdoor sitting area. The Mural is hard to miss with the bright green and blue colors.

Dallas
Deep Ellum
The first set of murals for Deep Ellum are on the building for the Mavs Gaming Hub. The building has art on each side of the building so I will focus on the building then move to the other Mav Murals in Deep Ellum. Unfortunately no Stars Art as of yet in Deep Ellum!
The artwork around the building was created by the following two artists: Tex Moton and Mez Data. Tex Moton co-founded the graffiti group called Infinite Crew in 1996. Since then the group has set a high standard for street art in Dallas and has artwork scattered throughout the city. Moton painted the words in this mural. (website: Muralogy instagram: @texmoton) Mez Data aka Blake Bermel is an Austin based artist who has a ton of graffiti around that area. He is also the owner and creator of The Royal Make Marker which is a graffiti mural company. (website: Mez Data instagram: @mezdata)
Mavs Gaming Hub Mural
The first mural on the Mavs Gaming Hub building that you'll see is on Taylor St facing S Malcolm X Blvd. This mural includes Dirk Nowitzki and the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy, which the Mavericks won in 2011 thanks to Dirk!
Luka Dončić Mural
Luka Dončić started his basketball career in Madrid. He was originally drafted by the Atlanta Hawks in 2018 and immediately traded to the Mavericks. Safe to say Dallas made the right move when getting Luka. Luka faces Taylor St at the intersection of Taylor St and S Malcolm X Blvd. He is catercorner to the Mavs Gaming/Dirk Mural above.
Mavs + Dr Pepper Murals
The last of the Mavs Gaming Murals are these pieces located on the back of the building facing Virgil St and the parking lot for Indie Deep Ellum Apartments. This dynamic duo is catercorner to the Mavs Gaming/Dirk Mural above. I mean what's better than the Mavericks and Dr. Pepper??
Dirk Mural
Yet another fantastic mural of Dirk. If you don’t know Dirk’s back story, it’s very similar to Luka’s. Dirk started playing in Germany at the age of 16 in 1994. He was drafted in the NBA to the Milwaukee Bucks in 1998 and was immediately traded to the Mavs. Luka and Dirk have a lot of similarities: starting professionally over in Europe at a very young age, drafted in the NBA at the age of 19/20, and then immediately traded to Dallas. Dirk is located across Taylor St from the parking lot for the Mavs Gaming Hub and on the back of the building that houses SupportNinja.
Artist(s): Josh Mittag, not much on Josh but he has several pieces sprinkled through out Dallas. (website: Josh Mittag instagram: @mittagjosh)

Leon Bridges front and center showing off the Mavericks City Edition Jerseys from 2022-2023 season. Who better to create the Mavs City Edition Jersey than DFW native, Leon? Artist(s): Jeremy Biggers (website: jeremybiggers instagram: @stemandthorn) and Hatziel Flores (website: Hatziel Flores instagram: @hatziel)

We're All Mavericks Mural
Located on the back of Intuitive Hands Wellness Group facing the 7/11 parking lot at the intersection of Abrams Rd and Richmond Ave. The mural is hard to miss since it stands out against that dark black background!
Artist: Chris Bingham a Dallas based artist who also runs a company with his childhood friend creating and selling apparel that encompasses their love for Texas. When talking about his artwork, "it seems to be taking an ever-evolving course, similar to my life in most stages. Over the years the style has been fluid and experimental, but the meaning behind the work has been the constant. Life, pattern, daily struggle, and the pure joy of being alive." Shops at Park Lane
Bobblehead Mural
Who wishes these bobbleheads were real?? 🙋🏼♀️🙋🏼♀️. These two influential players can be found at the Shops at Park Lane on the pavilion area in between CAVA and Starbucks. This is not a permeant mural but should be! Dereck Lively II was named NBA All-Rookie Second Team 2024. Wyatt Johnston had 10 goals, 6 assists and a plus-minus of +4 in 18 games in just the 2024 playoffs. So you can see why the artist picked these two guys for her Bobblehead Mural!
Artist(s): Mari Pohlman, or better known as Marpohl. After leaving her corporate job she travelled for a year and spent the majority of the time sketching. She came back to Dallas ready to take on the art world and she's done just that! She's worked for the Dallas Mavericks, Lyft, and Heineken to name a few! (website: Marpohl instagram: @marpohl)
